Great products and brand but…

I love these soaps and this brand. My absolute favourites. This time however I was a little disappointed by my most recent purchase as the order was not fulfilled with what I wanted and so they refunded me, that I appreciated, however there was no communication about this at all or even a note in my order explaining it and as a loyal customer, who has purchased a quantity of soaps and spent a lot on this brand in the past I would have expected better communication and service around this. I also didn’t love the mix of soaps and scents that were in the mixed pack and they are not what I would select with two the same and another similar scent, rather than a proper mix, which I have received in the past. I will go back for my favourites but just feel like service has slipped.
