Processing / Shipping Times

Processing:

Products are made in small batches, so at times there may be a slight delay to ensure you receive the freshest, highest quality products from us.

Extended delays will be listed on an item’s individual product page.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Australia: 3-5 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on Australia Post. Should you require express post, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm it can be fulfilled.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs when posting outside of Australia.

Payment Options

We currently accept credit card and direct deposit from bank accounts through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal login or customer account to use this gateway when checking out on our site.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations however you must:

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

Custom or personalised orders
Items that have been opened, or seals are broken

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will not receive an exchange, credit or refund (except as required under NSW Consumer Law).
